Join talented local Lino Print Artist James Shaw for an immersive workshop creating your own unique lino print.
All materials including lino, ink, cutting tools, rollers, paper and templates to work from are included and you’ll
- take home your own carved print block and 2-3 prints.
- learn how to transfer designs onto lino, carve out print blocks and print onto paper using a variety of colours and blended inks
- learn time-saving tips
- be guided every step of the way
Artist Bio
James Shaw is a printmaker and teacher. He started linocut printmaking in the first lockdown and soon got hooked on carving out designs.
“What I love most about it is that it really focuses your attention - you can get lost in the details! I'm passionate about sharing this wonderful skill with others, and love seeing people's faces light up when it's time to print - they peel back the paper and see their work come to life!"
