Chef Ness has cooking in her blood, her parents having had restaurants growing up. Her professional background includes cheffing in backcountry lodges in the Canadian Rockies, cooking in ski chalets in the French Alps, teaching Food and Nutrition at High School Level and hosting popular Supper Club's in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Bristol and Weston Super Mare. Ness held a pop-up kitchen in Bristol doing an innovative Tapas Roast. She started a successful Middle Eastern takeaway from her flat during lockdown, in Ramsbottom, honing in on her Israeli heritage.
