Tai Chi (Taiji) Improves co-ordination, flexibility and joint strength, reduces stress and increases overall fitness. It combines circular fluid movements with relaxed breathing, balancing yin and yang through the body. Jian Taiji instructor Janet has been studying Chen Taiji since 1996 and offers progressive learning in a relaxed friendly environment giving general group instruction as well as individual feedback making it accessible to all.
A one hour session is £7 if paid on the day directly to the instructor, if you would like to secure a place beforehand you can purchase tickets through Eventbrite but the additional fees will be added to the price.
