The session lasts 2 hours.
You don't need to bring a bike.
Learning is in a small group (maximum 6 participants) and we are particularly welcoming women of Black and South East Asian heritage to participate in the lessons.
The Viewing Platform is a separate room to the main cafe / bar and will be an alcohol free space for the duration of the workshop.
Order your complimentary soft drinks through the session on us to hydrate your learning!
We have a quiet and private space should any participants need to break away for evening prayers.
