DESCRIPTION:Join us on Station South’s Viewing Platform (and outside\, weather permitting) for a pop-up workshop where anyone identifying as female or non-binary can bring their bikes for quick fixes\, adjustments\, and expert advice.\nOur incredible lineup of pioneering bike mechanics from Manchester includes: \n\nMary Clarke [Station South]\nBelinda Everett [Bee Pedal Ready]\nSumayra Ahmad [Cycle with Sumayra]\nSamina Jaffri [Joyriders]\nNaz Khan [Bike It Walk It]\nHannah Milton [Bikeright]\n\nNo question is too small — our experts will guide you in getting to know your bike better. \nWhether it’s checking tyre pressure\, adjusting saddle height\, fine-tuning brakes and gears\, or learning how to do a safety check\, we’ve got you covered. \nWe’ll also chat about riding safely at night\, the best gear for unpredictable weather\, and how to connect with local women’s cycling groups and activities. \nInterested in finding out about what it’s like to be a female bike mechanic?
