DESCRIPTION:Happy New Year from the Bike Station!\nWinter can be a tough on the bike so we wanted to help you stay on the saddle with our series of free Winter Bike Clinics. \nWinter Bike Clinic Drop-ins\nEvery Wednesday throughout January – March  \nBike Station [next to Station South] \n10-12noon \nBring yourself and your steed to see the experts where we will offer : \n\nDiagnostic overhaul of your bike\nSmall adjustments if needed\nChain checking : measuring\, cleaning\, lubing\nTyre pressures\nHealth checks\nWinter ready advice and…\nAsk any questions you may have about cycling through the dark months – or biking in general..\n\nNo need to book\, but we recommend coming to see us in good time – final drop-in 15 mins before the end of the sessions. \nPlease note – we can’t do any large repairs in these sessions but can offer a thorough diagnostics card to take away with you\, should your bike need more work.

SUMMARY:Sunday Classics : Club Road Rides
DESCRIPTION:Join Station South Cycling Club’s Pink crew for a classic Sunday road ride out into the countryside…\nSunday Classic rides start at 9am from Station South every Sunday. \nWe ride together aiming for an average pace of 24-26kph on the flat. We take hills at our own pace and regroup at the top. \nThe routes are led by different group leaders each week and are around ~70 km with 500m climbing\, each time celebrating a cool new route. \nAt the advertised pace and with a cafe stop it should take 3-4 hours. \nRides are mixed gender and no-one gets left behind. \n[Sign Ups] >>  All sign ups and detailed information for our various rides and cycling events are organised through Spond\, which is a platform we use solely for our ‘Pink’ rides. Pink events listed on the website are to hook more people in\, but please make sure you sign up via Spond to join in with these rides. Check out the colour definitions below if you’re new to Station South Cycling Club. \n* If this doesn’t sound like your cycling ability\, make sure to check out our other rides – we have Blue [chilled\, distance] or Yellow [learn\, progress\, play].
