Thursday Hills are a friendly way to explore the local elevation challenges, with a different climb each week.
We’re usually out for around 2-3 hours and almost always head back to Station South for social drinks after [this is optional of course!]. We ride as a group until we reach the hills, then every rider can take the ascent at their own pace until we re-group at the top, pat each other on the back and be on our way as a group again.

[When] >> 5.50pm for a 6pm departure
[Suitable for] >> Confident cyclists* used to riding with a group, fast moving traffic and a speed of 22 – 28km/ph on the flat.
[Bike required] >> Road
[What to bring] >> Helmet, water, snacks, clothes for the weather, spare tube, front + rear lights
[Tickets] >> All sign ups and detailed information for our various rides and cycling events are organised through Spond, which is a platform we use solely for our ‘Pink’ rides. Pink events listed on the website are to hook more people in, but please make sure you sign up via Spond to join in with these rides.
