About The Job

We are looking for a hard working chef that is passionate about good food to join our team at Station South. If you like making people smile with great food and are keen to learn new skills and help make Station South a great place to work and visit, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepping, cooking and presenting the seasonal menu and daily specials
• Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Work together with the rest of the team to deliver great food service and maintain efficient running of your section
• Ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served

What you’ll have

• Experience working in a fast paced kitchen
