Salary: £10.50 - £11.50ph starting salary plus tips

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Bar Supervisor with a real passion for customer service that enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment.

Helping to build the skills of the team, you will have good people management skills and a customer service focus that filters out to the team. You will be a real people-person and help to make Station South a great place to work and to visit.

What you'll do

• Supervise and motivate the front of house team
• Ensure an excellent and consistent customer experience
• Create a positive and supportive working environment where the team feel welcomed and cared for
• Work proactively with the creative team to create content for social media
• Work with the Cafe Bar Managers to develop and implement clear procedures to ensure quality and consistency in the service we provide
• Opening and closing (key holder)
• Receive and log orders from suppliers
• Ensure consistently excellent food, coffee, cocktail, wine, beer and soft drink standards at all times
• Oversee cleanliness of cafe counter and internal and external serving area
• Resolve customer complaints promptly
• Organise (and where applicable, deliver) regular training for the staff

What you’ll have

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience of supervising and motivating a team
• Experience of waiting tables and preparing drinks in a fast paced bar or restaurant
• Excellent food and drink knowledge
